Our story
Cytranet was started in Las Vegas in 2021 by two good friends: one who began his career in the legal industry and one who began his career in telecommunications. They saw local businesses paying for big-carrier contracts while waiting on slow installations and call-center support, and set out to build a carrier that treats business customers as its only customers.
The legal background brought a discipline for contracts, compliance, and clear customer agreements that still shapes how Cytranet writes proposals and service terms. The telecommunications background brought hands-on carrier and network experience, which became the foundation of our engineering-first approach to fiber, voice, and data.
The team
Cytranet is a senior team with headquarters in Las Vegas and an office in Los Angeles, supported by data centers in five cities and by field technicians and certified installation crews across the country. The team includes network engineers, fiber-certified cabling technicians, voice specialists, and 24/7 support staff, so customers work directly with the people who build and run the network.
Who you will work with
New customers work with a Cytranet solutions specialist during evaluation and design, a network engineer during installation, and our 24/7 support team after go-live. Government customers are also assigned a dedicated contract manager and an alternate contract manager.
Turnaround times
Many services can be installed as soon as the next business day, depending on location and service type. Cloud voice can be set up within 48 hours, and dedicated fiber and construction projects follow a timeline we share during design.
